Returns on Regular
Price Items:You have a full 30 days to return any non-hygienic item.
Please be sure to include all original packaging, warranty, and informational
brochures for a full refund. Hygienic Items are not returnable by Law.
Hygienic Items are labeled as Non Returnable on the check out section
of the website.
Three Simple Steps
for a Return:
1.
Call or email CustomerService@mysizeusa.com
for an RMA number. Sorry, but returns sent without an RMA number clearly
written on the package will be returned to the sender. You can call our Customer Service Department 8:30 a.m. to
5:30 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. If you email on a weekend, we will
get back to you during normal business hours on Monday. If you choose
a store credit, the amount will be kept on file for use towards another
purchase within 6 months. If you would like to exchange your item, please
indicate on the form below. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

countries may have different access numbers i.e. 01- or 001- or 1- please
check with your local long distance operator.

Please complete a Printer Friendly Return
Form which is located at the bottom of this page and include it inside
your package.
3.
Send your return complete with RMA number clearly shown on the

Exchanges
Should you want to
return an item and receive a different one instead, please indicate choice(s)
on the return form or call our customer service department, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST with any questions?
Phone Exchanges
Should you need to
make an exchange but don't have time to wait for the package to get back
to us? Not a problem! Just call and let us know which item(s) you'd like
to reorder. Generally this occurs when a size different than the item
ordered is needed. The new items will be charged and the returned items
refunded upon receipt and processing.

First you MUST
call MySizeUSA.com to be issued an RMA number. No refunds will be
issued without one and the package must have the RMA # clearly marked
on the FRONT of the package or it will not be accepted for delivery
and will be returned to you by the shipping company.
