Forms of Payment:

MySizeUSA.com Inc. accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We cannot accept checks, money orders, or CODs online. If you wish to pay by check or money order you must mail us your order. Check guarantee service requires the following on your check. Please include your driver's license, or Identification number, expiration date and phone number written on the check. There is a charge of $25.00 per returned check.

Credit Card Charges:
MySizeUSA.com Inc. will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified and asked to make corrections. Once we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be processed. Upon shipment of your order, your credit card will be charged.

Amount of Credit Card Charges:
When you place your order online you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to California. Immediately upon the completion of your online order you will be emailed a confirmation.

In order to receive a receipt it is very important that your email address is typed correctly.

Your order acknowledgement will include an itemized list of all charges.

Sometimes Email Confirmations of Orders entered can be delayed:
Sometimes the servers or the internet experiences difficulties. Should you not receive you’re on line order confirmation within twenty-four hours, please contact us at (877) 737-8823 or email us at customerservice@mysizeusa.com We will strive to get back to you as quickly as possible.

International Orders:
While we strive to be accommodating we are currently unable to accept International Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders or C.O.D.s

We can accept major credit cards where funds can be drawn on a US Bank in US Dollars or gift certificates as forms of payment.

Often International Orders these orders require special shipping and handling research which may not allow an on line order to process. Please email customerservice@mysizeusa.com so we can hand process your order.

Check and Money Order Processing:

If you wish to pay by check or money order you must mail us your order. Check guarantee service requires the following on your check. There is a charge of $25.00 per returned check Orders may be held until the checks clear the bank. This could result in a delay of up to ten days before an order can ship.
