Airline seat belt extenders are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser only. MSU will keep the Air Worthiness certificates on file for all Airline seat belt extenders purchased. Improper care or maintenance invalidates the original purchaser warranty. Any defects or damage resulting from accident, unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, or improper installation will invalidate the warranty.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for a covered defect is repair or replacement of the defective product at (MSU’s) sole discretion and expense. New or refurbished
