accept payment by major credit cards where funds can be drawn on a US
Bank in US Dollars. We can also honor Gift Certificates. We are not
able to accept checks, money orders, traveler’s checks or CODs.

Friendly Order Form International Orders can often be completely
processed on line including UPS World Ship rate quotes.
Free shipping of Gift Certificates applies only to continental U.S.
Gift Certificate packages. Alaska and Hawaii Gift Certificates over
$100.00 also include free shipping. International Gift Certificates
are available in a colorful email format that can be printed at your
location. Please see Gift Certificate
section for complete details. Free shipping is for the gift certificate
only and does not include free shipping on the products ordered
using the gift certificate.
SHIPPING METHOD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is exclusively preformed via UPS. We are unable
at this time to offer alternative shipping. International expedited
service may not be available.
SHIPPING CHARGES and DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All shipping charges to international addresses are figured by actual
weight and by the country of destination and recipients are responsible
for all shipping charges, duties and customs clearance. Any and all
applicable duty, taxes or brokerage fees will be paid by the package
recipient. Duty and Customs charges are not included in the UPS shipping
costs quoted on line. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. Orders
may arrive in 2 weeks however we have also seen orders take 6 weeks.
International orders may ship from multiple locations depending upon
the order which can significantly increase the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING QUOTES FOR CUSTOM OR HEAVY ITEMS:
Custom
made and heavy items that cannot be shipped via UPS present a significant
International shipping challenge. Please email customerservice@mysizeusa.com
with the specific information on the product(s) you are interested in
and proposed delivery location. Or print one of our handy Printer Friendly Order Forms and write please use for International
Shipping Quotation Purposes boldly on the form.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All return shipping and shipping charges on returns of International
orders including Alaska and Hawaii or International exchange orders
are the responsibility of the recipient. Please reject any package that
has even the slightest signs of package damage upon arrival. Please
refer to Returning a Package section.
