Damaged
and Defective Goods
Should
your package arrive opened or damaged, please
refuse delivery of the merchandise in order to avoid paying return shipping
charges.

the problem. You can also email us at customerservice@mysizeusa.com
We will do our best to replace your product as quickly as possible.
If after accepting delivery, you realize you have received a damaged
or defective product, please contact Customer Service immediately at

Three
Simple Steps for a return:
1.
Call or email our CustomerService@mysizeusa.com
for an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number clearly written
on the package will be returned to the sender. You can call our
Customer Service Department 8:30 to 5:30 P.S.T Monday through Friday.
For International callers we can be reached at 001-949-583-1901. Different
countries may have different access numbers i.e. 01- or 001- or 1- please
check with your local long distance operator. You can also email us
at customerservice@mysizeusa.com
If you email on a weekend we will get back to you during normal business
hours on Monday. If you choose a store credit, the amount will be kept
on file for use towards another purchase within 6 months. If you would
like to exchange your item please indicate on the form below. Return
shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Please
complete a Printer Friendly Return Form and include it inside your package.

Please
be sure and include the nature of the defect, your customer and order
information. We will inspect the product upon receipt at our warehouse.
We will send you a replacement or issue you a refund once the returned
item reaches our warehouse. We will not charge you any additional shipping
or handling fees for products that arrive in a defective condition.
